Breanna loves working with children to help accomplish their goals and reach milestones through the creation of a supportive, fun environment. She finds it deeply fulfilling to build meaningful connections with children and watch them grow, learn, and gain confidence over time. Supporting them through their journey and growth is truly special. It is one of the most incredible and fulfilling things to witness. Breanna began working in ABA in 2012, joining WBC in 2018.

Renay Powell
Registered Behavior Technician®
Renay's passion for ABA stems from it's ability to develop personal relationships with clients. She enjoy each child's uniqueness and implementing evidence based, individualized programs to help them be successful in all aspects of their lives. Renay joined WBC in December 2018.

Elise is passionate about working with kiddos, seeing them light up as they grow and learn is incomparable. She provides a supportive, safe space where individualized support enables growth in any way, shape, or form. Elise began working in ABA in 2020. She joined WBC in 2024.

Jessica loves how ABA allows her to see kiddos' progress and show off their skills! She values providing a safe space for clients to feel supported and experience new things! Jessica enjoys the ability to tackle new challenges everyday, is constantly inspired by her clients' honesty, curiosity and resilience. Fostering growth, connection, and confidence are the areas of the field she finds most rewarding. Jessica began working in ABA in 2018. She joined WBC in 2025.

When Kathryn started working in ABA, she had no idea how much she would love the field! She strives to help create that little light that goes off in kids' faces when they finally achieve a goal they've been working towards. It is the part of the job she finds the most rewarding. Kathryn began working in ABA in 2017. She has been working with WBC since 2020.
