Hailee began working with neurodivergent children in 2009 and joined WBC in July of 2017. Since graduating in 2025,. She now provides mental health services for our community, integrating various evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help build social and emotional awareness, coping skills and confidence in expressing individual needs. Hailee strives to create a safe, affirming, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, supported and empowered. She believes meaningful change happens when individuals feel understood and are equipped with tools that can be utilized in everyday lifestyles. Hailee practices under clinical supervision and is committed to providing ethical and compassionate care.

Katie Dawson
Occupational Therapist
Erin values each child’s unique background and cultural values, which drive socially significant goal setting for families. She believes in the evidence-based interventions that ABA provides and consistently review data to analyze the effectiveness of interventions to maximize progress. Her desire is to create a reinforcing environment in each home where families are supported and participate in the generalization of skills. Erin began working in the field in 2015. She was certified as a BCBA® in Winter 2023 and joined WBC in April 2019. She was named Clinical Director in 2025.

Hunter Hendrickson
Physical Therapist
​​Hunter comes to us with 25 years of experience, working with children and young adults with a variety of diagnoses and disabilities. He brings a diverse set of therapy skills and interventions after having worked in the public schools, outpatient neuro-rehab and home health settings.
Hunter specializes in treating individuals with neuromuscular disorders like Cerebral Palsy, Spinal Cord Injury, Traumatic Brain Injury, Genetic Disorders, and more. He has advanced training and certifications in Intensive Therapy Programs, the Therasuit Method, Aquatic Therapy and more. Hunter has innovated specific treatment protocols for management of neuromuscular scoliosis. Hunter has also developed treatment programs for development of functional skills like swimming and bike riding for children with physical disabilities.
Hunter is friendly and professional, but most importantly, in the eyes of his clients, silly and fun. He employs the power of play to develop rapport and engage his clients in challenging and therapeutic activities to increase functional independence and mobility.

Janet Kim
Physical Therapist Assistant
Over the last 10 years, Janet has developed her skills as a PTA at a pediatric neuro rehab outpatient clinic in Lynnwood WA, working with children and young adults of all ages and physical and cognitive abilities. She enjoys seeing her patients gain new skills and strength, supporting them as they reach milestones that were once challenging. Janet currently resides in Edmonds with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she likes to explore different parks and playgrounds with her daughter, watch movies and TV shows, and discover new recipes to cook.

Star Jones
Board Certified Behavior Analyst®
Star has over 10 years experience as a speech language pathologist. She is a Licensed Speech Pathologist in Washington and Texas, holds a number of certifications, including; Nationally Certified Speech Language Pathologist, Advanced Certified Autism Specialist, ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider, and is certified to administer the Safe & Sound Protocol. With extensive training and expertise in evidence based intervention practices in the areas of speech and language, voice, fluency, motor speech disorders, social communication/pragmatics, cognitive-communication, and swallowing.
An Advanced Certified Autism Specialist and ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider, Star has comprehensive training in sensory processing and integration, executive function, self-regulation and mindfulness. She also possesses specialized training in Animal Assisted Therapy, Equine Assisted Therapy and Learning, and Hippotherapy.

Star is committed to evidence-based practice and a service delivery that is individualized to meet the unique needs of every client and their loved ones. She is passionate about serving others in her role as a speech language pathologist and is an effective advocate for her clients and their families.
