Karlee entered the ABA field in 2005 and opened Wickler Behavioral Consulting in January 2013 to provide an ABA company that focuses on individualized care, family support and quality ABA.

Erin Damitio
Clinical Director & Board Certified Behavior Analyst®
Erin values each child’s unique background and cultural values, which drive socially significant goal setting for families. She believes in the evidence-based interventions that ABA provides and consistently review data to analyze the effectiveness of interventions to maximize progress. Her desire is to create a reinforcing environment in each home where families are supported and participate in the generalization of skills. Erin began working in the field in 2015. She was certified as a BCBA® in Winter 2023 and joined WBC in April 2019. She was named Clinical Director in 2025.

Sara Lantz
Clinical Director & Board Certified Behavior Analyst®
​​Sara is passionate about working with children and believes strongly in the power of play as a foundation for learning and growth—keeping care compassionate, engaging, and fun. She values each child as an individual and recognizes the important role that family, culture, and environment play in development. As a clinician and leader, Sara is committed to partnering with families to support meaningful progress throughout their therapeutic journey. Sara has been working in the field since 2011. She joined WBC in April 2017, became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) in Spring 2022. She was named Clinical Director in 2025.

Colin Shumway
Board Certified Behavior Analyst®
Colin has worked with adults with disabilities and autism spectrum disorder since 2014, supporting them through the development of skills that promote independence and success in adulthood.
He values creating an ABA environment centered on individuality, autonomy, and meaningful outcomes for clients, families, and caregivers. He began working in the field in 2014 and was certified as a BCBA® in November 2017. Colin joined WBC in September 2024.

Camilla Kuhns
Board Certified Behavior Analyst®
Camilla loves working with children and their families; seeing lives change and new opportunities unlocking is incredibly rewarding! She believes in play-based learning in an enriched environment (i.e. fun!). Her therapeutic practice centers trust, prioritizes client choice, and celebrates each person’s unique strengths. Camilla began working in ABA in 2013, joined WBC in 2017.

Kelly Coryell

Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst
Kelly loves the challenge, creativity and enjoyment of helping clients and their families achieve their goals. She strives to provide positive support for clients and their families in a naturalistic way, providing ABA services in a playful, fun environment. She focuses on strengths and interests of clients and their families. Kelly began working with children in 1997. She joined WBC in 2017 working as an RBT, earning her BCaBA® in 2024.

Fatima Robles
Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst
​Fatima is passionate about supporting early developmental milestones through play-based, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis that build strong foundations in communication, social engagement, and daily living skills.
Fatima’s clinical philosophy centers on early, proactive support that is respectful, developmentally appropriate, and family-centered. She believes that meaningful progress begins with strong rapport, naturalistic teaching, and close collaboration with caregivers, ensuring skills generalize across home and community settings. Her approach balances data-driven decision-making with flexibility and responsiveness to each child’s learning style and developmental needs.
Outside work, Fatima enjoys running and hiking, often exploring trails with her dog, Ollie. She values balance and wellness, which she believes are essential to providing patient, compassionate, and high-quality care to children and families. Fatima started working in ABA in 2020, joining WBC in 2025.

Allana Schmits
Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst
Allana is passionate about working with adults on the autism spectrum. She believes that when you work with adults it's important to meeting them where they’re at to help them achieve their individual long term goals.

Allana has a drive to provide the best experience for her clients and their families. She is committed to helping grow services for adults with autism with a goal of increasing access to services and the ability to generate positive experiences. She began working in the field in 2020, joined WBC in 2020.
