Master of Science with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chaminade University. She began working in the field in 2005, received her BCaBA® in 2008 and her BCBA® in 2013. AmberRae joined WBC in December 2016.
AmberRae's philosophy of ABA is that all children are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. It is her desire to create this type of atmosphere where children can meet their full potential.


Laura Beaton
Board Certified Behavior Analyst®

Masters in Education from University of Washington. Began working in the field in 2006. Initially certified as a BCBA® in 2014. Joined WBC in July 2017.
As an ABA provider, Laura is committed to respecting the values of her clients and their families. Interventions are tailored to the individual and continuously re-evaluated to ensure client/family needs, desires, thoughts, and feelings are honored and, then, that progress is maximized.
Sara Lantz
Board Certified Behavior Analyst®
Masters in Special Education with an Emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. Began working in the field in 2011. Certified as a BCBA® in Spring 2022. Joined WBC in April 2017.
Sara LOVES working with children and is a big believer in the power of play. She understands that all children are unique with different environments and cultures that help shape them. Her career goals are to help families reach positive growth in their therapeutic journey, while continuing to share the love, fun and play she is so passionate about.


Erin Damitio
Board Certified Behavior Analyst®
Masters in Education: Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. Began working in the field in 2015. Certified as a BCBA® in Winter 2023. Joined WBC in April 2019.
Erin values each child’s unique background and cultural values which drive socially significant goal setting for families. Erin believes in the evidence-based interventions that ABA provides and strives to consistently review data to analyze the effectiveness of interventions to ensure maximum progress. Her desire is to create a reinforcing environment in each home where families are supported and participate in the generalization of skills.
